Family Sushi Celebration!

Last Saturday, we had the best sushi party ever! I bought a ton of vegetables, a quarter pound of hamachi, 3/4 pounds of Big Eye tuna from Hawaii and 1 pound of New Zealand salmon. All were so fresh and delicious. We had quite a few people show up for the party... Frank, Dennis, Robert, Dominga, Carmen, Lore, Kenny, Taylor, Brittany, Anthony, Matthew, Roman, Mario, Conrad and myself. We had so much fun making our own tempura and rolling our own rolls. It was really nice to get everyone together just to be together! I can't wait to do it again!!
