January

January in Utah can be very dreary because of the inversion that occurs when we don't get any storms. (see exhibit A) Last week, Salt Lake City had the worst air quality in the nation. Thankfully my parents live above the inversion, so Sophia and I moved in with them temporarily. Here are some pictures of the gunk in the valley versus the clean air of Suncrest. ***warning*** pictures are extremely disturbing!

The pictures below are from a drive Conrad and I took yesterday down to the valley. It was so gross as we went from blue skies to gloom and doom. lol. I must note that a good part of this gunk was smog, but a good part was fog too. Still gross!
